Tata Motors to compensate Nano vendors for plant relocation

Tata Motors one of India's leading car manufacturers is now decided to compensate Nano vendors for its plant relocation from Singur to Sanand in Gujarat.

Tata Motors has decided to compensate Nano vendors who established their units in Singur to supply components for Nano. Tata Ryerson, Caparo Engineering and Bosch Chassis Systems are some of these Nano vendors.

According to managing director of Tata Ryerson, Sandipan Chakrabarti, Because of current market condition the Nano vendors finding it difficult to absorb the cost occurred due to relocation of Plant. And due to this position it may possible that company show a positive sign by compensating Nano vendors.
