The new generation Revotron petrol engine not just offers better performance and refinement, but improved fuel efficiency too. The petrol manual Altroz now claims 19.3kmpl of economy, while its DCA (dual clutch automatic) variants claim 18.5kmpl. The 2023 hatchback additionally gets idle start stop technology as part of the standard package right from the entry-level variant, which helps in increasing the efficiency. So the updated Altroz petrol should be more easy on the pocket as well. And if you want to further reduce your running cost, Altroz also has a diesel engine which delivers a whopping 23.64 kmpl.

Its driveability is impressive and has enough grunt for quick sprints. Not only is the Altroz iTurbo more enjoyable to drive but it’s more capable than its naturally aspirated petrol counterpart.

Tata Altroz is the safest hatchback of India with a five-star safety rating in the global NCAP crash tests.It is built on Tata’s robust ALFA ARC platform which makes its structural integrity stable and capable of withstanding further loadings than the crash test speed of 64kmph. 

Price And Warranty

For a more relaxed ownership, Tata Altroz is now offered with a standard warranty of three years / 1 lakh kilometres, whichever is earlier. The hatchback is priced from Rs 6.45 lakh to Rs 10.40 lakh and is priced very competitively with its rivals.
