Force One SUV was launched 7 years back with the notion to give a new and unique offering in the space. The maker of Traveller and Trax utility vehicle took a whole new approach in the segment to give ruggedness of a sports utility vehicle along with providing spaciousness and comfort of a passenger car. But the car so far hasn?t been up to the mark and one of the major reasons behind its failure in the country is the presence of strong competitors in the space in the form of Mahindra Scorpio and Tata Safari. And given how heated SUV space has become in past couple of years, rumours are afloat that the carmaker will be pulling the plug on this car soon. The problem is not with the car, but with the stiff competition it currently contests in. The car has powerful engine and scores well in certain areas including the equipment level. The delights include progressive cruise control, leather interiors, independent air conditioning for occupants on all three rows of seats, parking sensor and brake pad wear indicator. It also has 2-DIN music system with 4-speakers offering CD/MP3, USB, and Aux-in connectivity. However, the lackluster exterior and the stiff pricing have always been against in favour of this car. And top of it, weak brand and after-sales setup has compelled it to go into the abyss of ignorance. Today, customers are preferring established brands and this has forced the Force to rethink about the future of this SUV.

Look and Style - Very impressive. Looks pretty much like Fortuner and XUV 500. Comfort - Very comfortable seats, good enough for long journeys. It is equipped with the features that can only be found in 20-30 lakh SUV. Pickup - Extremely well, allows you to overtake easily. Mileage - It brings out the mileage of 12-13kmpl in the cities. Best Features - Tubeless tyres, three-row AC vents, 7 people can sit easily and the engine power. Needs to improve - It would have been great if the company had given a navigation system. Overall Experience - Value For Money.

Just one thing, I am facing some problem with AC, otherwise, it's really good and comfortable than Innova and another vehicle according to me. If you want to purchase any SUV than purchase the Force One. It is my opinion. Force company is very good and so are its dealers. All products of Force are very good. I have been waiting for this SUV since long time, because of its powerful engine quality. At last, able to manage a test drive of this utility vehicle. The interiors of the SUV is awesome and I feel that after sitting inside the cabin. The vehicle is blessed with a powerful 2.6-litre turbo charged inter cooled diesel engine with the displacement of 2596cc. It is able to produce 82bhp of power and 230Nm of peak torque. The is mated to a five speed manual transmission gear box, which enhance the fuel efficiency and also give a smooth driving experiences. The fuel efficiency of the this sports utility vehicle is 14 kmpl in the city road and 17 kmpl on the highway. The company has given this compact sports utility vehicle with a lot of safety and comfort features. However, at the same time, it is also gifted with an advanced entertainment unit.The company has blessed this car with a lot of advanced safety features such as a highly advanced ABS (anti lock braking system), along with EBD (electronic brake force distribution), driver seat belt with warning indicator, key less entry and a door open warning notification.In addition, the car has an advanced stereo unit with ten speakers, blue tooth, radio with AM and FM, CD/DVD player and many other aspects, which is soothing and played good music. This is a perfect vehicle for a family and the vehicle has a seating capacity of seven people. Apart from these, we can say that after driving such an excellent car with an advanced and luxury features, I feel like a dream come true.

Exterior Exterior is decent looking and that?s a personal choice. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Only good part is space as it beats everything else here, but rest all is extremely poor and disappointing including various parts, finish, nut bolts everything. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Total disappointment, average fuel economy of around 10-11kmpl. Gear box is a disaster. Ride Quality & Handling Car is normally stable on road but at high speed at above 100-110 kmph it makes sounds and rattles like it'll blow apart, very noisy, shaky, makes squeaking noise from almost everywhere, very high vibrations, tiring.Final Words I have driven this vehicle for almost 33000 kms now in approx. 17 months. It?s nothing more than a science project by some engg students, that?s the best I can say. It has constant problems and I have spent more than 30 days at various intervals getting it repaired for 100 diff problems. Fuel tank is faulty and gives incorrect reading, console displaying various readings are mostly incorrect, and gear is horrible. Had worst experience in Ladakh where it won start in the morning at sub zero temperature and then I was told that it has no cold start kit (how stupid). Even in North temperature of around 1-3 degrees it takes it at least 20 kms of ride before engine starts rattling bad vibrating like crazy. All parts be it engine fans, AC, handles, locks, nut bolts, hinges, vipers, seats are v v v poor and have been changed or repaired. It actually sounds and behaves like a truck / bus with similar kind of sound, vibrations, gear and ride quality. I am surprised how could Govt. allow this vehicle on road as in my opinion it?s not safe and is dangerous due to various in built flaws. Even the dealers are sick and tired of the product and cannot do anything except for keep repairing it again and again. Coolant leakage is frequent. In less than 6 months the vehicle had started squeaking and making strange noises. Worst thing is that its resale after one year is not even 50% of the price paid to buy. Totally available and better go for Tata Safari or anything similar. This is the most poorly build vehicle in its category. Areas of improvement If you try to improve it you'll end up building a new car all together.

Look and Style- I am a fan of boxy cars..i like the way the Force One looks and has presence in the road. Although I am not a fan of the plastic and the looks and feel of its interiors..Comfort I work for an NGO and have to tarvel frequently into the interiors of Bihar..sometimes my colleagues come along or have to transport villagers so find that very very nice taht there is space and the suspension is comfortable. My mother has a hip issue because of which she cannot bear potholes ...she has no issue in the force one.Pickup not so great but did not expect miracles in an SUV of this size Mileage I get 13-14 great for the environment and my wallet...Best Features SPACE,...SPACE...SPACE..also would liek to mention the drivetrain and the suspension...Needs to improve interiors and the plastic fitments. Some issues like the wipers etc Overall Experience great value for money..yes it may not be the most upmarket vehicle but it checks all boxes in my list of requirements
