  • Honda Brio  The Honda Brio has been on sale in India since 2011. It is the most affordable offering from Honda in the Indian market. The Japanese carmaker launched a midlife facelift of the Brio in 2016. As part of this update, the hatchback received a few revisions on the outside, a new dashboard, and a few feature additions, while remaining mechanically unchanged.
  • Honda Brio  The Brio is a fairly small car, which makes it an ideal city commuter. It is 3,610mm long, 1,680mm wide, and measures 1,500mm in terms of height. It has a 2,345mm long wheelbase, while the kerb weight ranges from 920kg to 970kg, depending on the powertrain and variant configuration.
  • Honda Brio  The Brio is available in three variants, all of which are powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine. The engine can be had with either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 5-speed AT.
  • Honda Brio  Front end of the Brio hatchback is dominated by a wide gloss black bar connecting the two headlamps, with a subtle chrome detailing on the lower edge of the grille. This layout is standard on all variants. The front number plate is located just below the grille area. As part of the midlife facelift, the Brio has received a more aggressive design for the front bumper, which makes the car look a lot sportier than the pre-facelift version.
  • Honda Brio  The rear is one area of the Honda Brioâ??s design which can polarise opinions. The large bumper area does help in adding some visual mass to the carâ??s look, but the all-glass hatch might be an eyesore for a few customers.

  • Honda Brio  The Honda Brio is available with an all-black interior scheme on the top-end VX trim. The dashboard gets some chrome, silver and piano black inserts for added detailing. Lower variants come with a black and beige layout instead.
  • Honda Brio  The three-spoke steering wheel gets silver plastic inserts on S and VX variants. Though the wheel does get thumb contours, it looks slightly outdated, especially in comparison to other cars in this segment.

  • Honda Brio  The instrument cluster includes three pods. The largest pod in the centre houses the speedometer, the left pod gets a tachometer, while the right pod includes an analogue fuel gauge. There is also a small MID screen located on the lower edge of the speedometer pod.
  • Honda Brio  The Brio doesnâ??t get automatic climate control (ACC) on any variant. However, the AC console has been designed to look like it is an ACC unit. It gets a digital screen in the middle with push-type buttons around it. The slider control for air flow does look a bit outdated though.

    The real compact hatch.
    The real compact hatchback with a adequate engine (1.2 petrol). The best for city drive as it's steering is very smooth which can actually be operated using a finger (don't do it, it's just to define the steering's smoothness) but it's not that good for highways and when you pass 2500 rpm it's engine strains and give out a very bad sound. It has all basic features that you need in a hatch of this size. According to me it?s best for old age people and ladies. It?s back seat is also comfortable but lacks leg room and only 2 people can sit comfortably in the back. Die to its compact dimensions, it?s easy to manoeuvre. It?s mileage is not so impressive looking at its engine size and weight, it will give a milega about 11-12 kmpl in city with a/c on and talking about the a/c, it?s the worst like in a country like India where in summers temperature touches 50-degree Celsius it's a/c fails to cool the car. In the end, I can say that if you want a car for city drive, you can consider it.

    Amazing Car : Honda Brio
    Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space is a bit cramped. Comfort is good. but excellent considering other segment cars. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Brio took me on a surprise behaving the same way when it was bought. I don't drive calm.88bhp comes alive if you throttle. It's a true IV tech engine. Fuel economy depends on how you drive. On city stalled traffic expect 10-11, normal traffic 13, highway cruising at 80kmph - 19+kmpl, avg 90-110 - 17 km, 120+ - 15kmpl. Have driven on long highways with max nonstop running time 4hrs. My car will easily do another 30k without issues. Tire change at 47k kms. Riding experience is lovely. Ride Quality & Handling Driving on the city is easy, quick overtakes, tight parking, squeezing tight spots, u-turn in a one-way road, all you can do comfortably without any bother.  On highway, you can cruise at 100-110kmph without worry. It doesn't animate the undulations completely, but fair enough for a car of this price ranges. Braking is awesome compared to the cars of upper segments or even better. Beyond 120kmph, the noise level rises considerably. Car was surprisingly stable even at 145kmph. Superb car specifications.  Final Words If city drives are your aim, go for it, you will love it. Lack of boot makes it lesser proffered for highway cruises, but we were a family of just 2, hence we did all our long drives without a problem. Performance on ful loaded (5 persons) is a bit dull.  Very reliable car. Awesome Honda car. Good in that price range. I love it so much.

    My Honda Brio
    I bought my Honda Brio SMT model 4 years back and I am loving it, the drive is so smooth and comfortable and It requires minimum gear shift, engine has no sound at all, seats are so comfortable, sound of the system is so good, the interiors are very appealing, specially I like the shape of the gear handle (like a golf ball). If I start telling you about the car, the first things which comes in mind is its engine noise. The engine has no sound at all, sometimes I forget that engine is ON when its standing neutral with ignition ON on traffic signal and accidentally give ignition again but realises soon that engine was already ON. Second thing which comes in mind is its leg room. The car is designed so intelligentally keeping in mind the space required for a comfortable seating. The space is so adequate beside the fact that car has a smaller body. Third thing which makes me love my car again is its small and compact body which allows me to drive anywhere around the city, small roads, traffic and tight parking lots. Its a best choice for city driving on traffic jammed roads and a wonderful drive too If someone is travelling longer distances. I Am enjoying my Honda Brio because of its excellent features.

    Honda Brio ( sporty look, stylish, class apart Hatchback)
    We have bought this car just because of the company *HONDA *, and yes it proved. Even after 7 years, my brio is as smooth as a new one. Never go to any car garage. Not a single defect in any engine part yet. While wondering to cities you will see many car garages but you will rarely see or may never see any Honda cars there. Its technologies are a class apart. Still, its power window, gate, and steering are as tight and new as it was while buying. I feel very light and smooth with a little or no engine sound while driving. From the exterior, it is quite a sporty look stylish hatchback.

    BEST CAR UNDER THIS RATE
    Best look, style, space and practical car for a family of 4&5. Having no issue with CNG in this car, on the other hand, it gives me an average of 25km/kg which is quite good for this engine. No cabin sound and interior of the car is so much spacious and stylish that everyone will love that. In petrol also avg is around 16 km/l in the city and around 20-22km/l on the highway . The service cost is also not so high, 4-5k maximum.
