Honda WR-V 2020-2023 user reviews

I bought  WR-V in May 2021. Every 2000kms it's giving a problem in DPF. And poor service It's a problem vehicle.

The music system of vehicles is very bad. It started hanging after two years, and Agency denying any defect till the warranty. After the expiry of the warranty, they are telling that the music system is finished, and needs replacement and expenditure will come 62000/-. I never recommend WRV

Honda WR-V is not a product that we expect from such a company. Pick up problem and even dealer staff said that the car has low power but the company not ready to except. A WRV with a 1200cc petrol engine Is worthless.

Very bad after-sales service by Honda & car performance is very poor. Touch Screen was not working properly within 1 month and the service centre was not ready to replace it. When it finally stopped working they are asking to wait for 6 months time to get it replaced.

The service within the warranty period is horrible and pathetic or is there's any worst word than that. Within the warranty period, our music system touch screen stopped working. It has been more than 2 months since we registered our complaint against the music system to get replaced. Since then we have been going to the showroom again and again an...

The after-sales service of Honda is very bad and costly at the same time, spare parts are not available at  Junagadh, Rajkot, Bhavnagar. So I think choosing a Honda car is totally a waste of money.
