- Best SUV Ever1 year of use, I can confidently say that this car is very reliable, comfortable, spacious enough and economical to drive. Running costs are similar to my old i10 at least for now. The best part about the car is, that it is city friendly. I use it as my daily drive to the office. I don't own a two-wheeler, hence using it for all neighbourhood runs such as taking kids to tuitions etc. I find no problems in dealing with heavy traffic, narrow lanes etc. Front parking sensors and 360-degree cameras are really helpful in pune traffic. So, if you are looking for a car with city-friendly dimensions, to be used as an occasional 7-seater, fuel-efficient and super reliable, Alcazar is a good option for you to consider. Price: The Hyundai Alcazar is priced between Rs 16.78 lakh and Rs 21.28 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
2024 Hyundai Alcazar: The facelifted Hyundai Alcazar's interior has been revealed ahead of its launch on September 9.
Variants: The Alcazar comes in eight broad variants: Prestige, Prestige (O), Platinum, Platinum Adventure, Platinum (O), Signature, Signature (O), and Signature (O) Adventure.
Colour Options: The three-row SUV from Hyundai can be bought in six monotone and three dual-tone shades: Ranger Khaki, Abyss Black, Titan Grey, Atlas White (available in Adventure Edition), Typhoon Silver, and Starry Night. The dual tone shades include Ranger khaki with Abyss Black roof, Titan Grey with Abyss Black roof, Atlas White with Abyss Black roof.
Seating Capacity: It comes in both 6- and 7-seater layouts.
Engine and Transmission: Hyundai offers the Alcazar with two engine options:

A 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine (160 PS / 253 Nm) mated with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch automatic transmission)

A 1.5-litre diesel engine (116 PS / 250 Nm) paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic. Both these engines now come with an idle engine start/stop function.
It gets three drive modes such as Eco, Comfort, and Sport and just as many traction modes: Snow, Sand and Mud.
Features: Hyundai offers the Alcazar with features like dual 10.25-inch displays (one for digital instrument cluster and other for touchscreen infotainment), auto AC, wireless phone charging and cruise control. Other features include ventilated front seats and a voice-controlled panoramic sunroof and a dual camera dash cam setup.
Safety: Passenger safety is ensured by six airbags (as standard), vehicle stability management (VSM), hill-start assist control (HAC), electronic stability control (ESC), all-wheel disc brakes and ISOFIX child seat anchors. Other safety features include a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), front and rear parking sensors, and a 360-degree camera.
