The Swedish automaker is currently working on a mid life facelift for the XC60 SUV, which it sells in India already. And here are the first spy pictures of the upgraded SUV, which was spotted testing in China by a Chinese web portal. And what makes this car India related is the fact that the existing version of the XC60 is the similar, which is sold in many international markets and comes to India via CBU (Completely Build Unit) route.
The spied pictures clearly shows that it has received received a number of styling revisions, which makes it look more aggressive and sportier than the existing version. If we talk about all the changes, the car's headlights have been modified in a way that it features the separate light strip between the grille and the main cluster unlike the existing version's two-piece units.
This time around the larger lenses have been given, something that we we see on the S60 sedan. The grille of the car receives more chrome and the front fascia now gets wider openings and with the LED fog light pair pushed more to the corners turns the front fascia very distinct and aggressive.
Inside the cabin as well, it receives some major changes like revised instrument panel, large and centrally mounted speedometer which provides a digital display. As per the reports available on public domains, the similar kind of interior treatment has been given to the all new V40 Crossover.
Although the question that remains unanswered is, whether the car will be launched only in China or globally, so to find that out, we'll have to kill some more time. Stay tuned to CarDekho for that. Cheers!
