Castrol CRB Turbo wins National Awards for Excellence in Packaging

The new Castrol CRB Turbowith IML (In mould labeling) pail pack and anti-counterfeit (ACF) pail lid, launched earlier this year, have been awarded the Indiastar 2012 National Awards for Excellence in Packaging.

The INDIASTAR awards incorporated by the Indian Institute of Packaging, recognize excellence in packaging design, technology and innovation in packaging and this year there were over 500 entries from across categories. The new Castrol CRB Turbo pail pack has been recognized for faster pail production and for labels which last for a longer period of time. The new look pack also makes it distinctive from competitor packs ensuring that the product display stands out on retail shelves.

The anti-counterfeit pail lid provides enhanced protection against counterfeiting with the tear away seal making the lid unusable once it is opened. The new spout feature also provides improved dispensability of the product and minimizes leakage.
