Ford India begins its RSA service in Agra

Ford India had launched its Roadside Assistance Service in November 2007. It is a 24-hour pioneered service from the company. The first phase of this service was introduced in Delhi & NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Pune. The service was also extended to Hyderabad, Kochi, Ludhiana and Chandigarh in the following 5 months.
During the third phase in 2008, Ford India began its RSA service in Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Coimbatore. With this new phase the company covered 13 cities across India. Now the company has moved one more step ahead as it has started its Roadside Assistance (RSA) programme in Agra. With this, Ford India has completed the golden triangle connecting Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.
Ford India RSA includes onsite-mechanic services for small repairs on-site, transportation of the passengers car to the service centre if required, fuel delivery, jumpstart of batteries, assistance to unlock cars, towing assistance etc. This service provides round the clock assistance to a customer in any case of emergency. With this service, the customers will get a comfortable and convenient experience during any problem with their car.
Nigel Wark, Executive Director Marketing Sales & Service Ford India said that the company is committed to its promise of bringing world-class after sales services to its customers. RSA is one of Ford's premium aftersales services and the company is happy to see this service grow from city to city within the country.
