Goodyear launches branded retail wheelcare outlets at select petrol pumps across India

Goodyear India Ltd one of the world's leading tire company recently announced its strategic alliance with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) to open Branded Retail Goodyear Wheelcare outlets at selected BPCL petrol pumps across India. The first such outlet – Dhaliwal & Co. was inaugurated at BPCL Petrol Pump – Jaipur near Jai Mahal Palace Hotel. This was followed by the launch of second such store at BPCL Petrol Pump, Industrial Area Phase 2 of Chandigarh today.

Both the outlets were formally inaugurated by Mr. D.P. Singh, Vice President-Consumer Business, Goodyear India in the presence of Goodyear customers and sales teams.

Present at the inauguration, Mr. D. P. Singh, Vice President, Consumer Business, Goodyear India said, “Goodyear has always been at the forefront of delivering the best of products & services to its customers. Opening Branded Retail Outlets in petrol pumps is one such approach that will provide our valuable customers a full spectrum of car and tyre related services under one roof. We are extremely happy to partner with BPCL as these outlets have natural footfall of car owners looking for tyre care and related services. It helps in providing a full spectrum of car and tyre related services under one roof.”

As an inaugural offer, Goodyear will be offering discounts on services like wheel alignment & balancing to the customers visiting these outlets. Goodyear is also offering complimentary one year road assistance membership in association on the purchase of two or more Goodyear Tires.

Across India, Goodyear Branded Retail Outlets provide best-in-class services to its customers such as expert tire counseling, neat and tidy stores and a well laid out display panel showcasing latest range of tyres and accessories. The friendly and well-versed staff at the outlets is always ready to help and support customers to make the correct choice.
