This is the first drivetrain from Honda's new Earth Dreams Technology engine series to be introduced in Europe and it will be built at Honda's manufacturing facility in Swindon. The new 1.6-litre i-DTEC diesel engine is the lightest diesel engine in its class, which weighs 47kg and returns 118bhp at 4000rpm 300Nm of peak torque with CO2 emissions of only 119g/km, helping it become good at both the fuel economy and performance.
