India bound Mercedes B Class to be unveiled at Frankfurt Motor Show

The very first official pictures of brand new Mercedes B class car seeped out recently. As per the reports, the new Mercedes B Class will be officially launched in the month of September at the very well-known Frankfurt Motor Show. The leaked images and the details show that the new Mercedes B Class is made on the front wheel drive platform and the car has been totally re-engineered for more interior space, better economy, enhanced safety records and greater refinement.

As far as the interiors of the new Mercedes B Class is concerned, the dashboard has a unique design and the material used is of high quality. The dimensions however have been altered a little, which include vital packaging changes. The new Mercedes B class comes with lower front seats and more in an upright position.

The capacity of the new car is 666 litres, which is about 121 litres more than the previous model. However, the front suspension has a striking similarity with MacPherson parade on the present Mercedes B class car, but the new one is much more refined and comes with a tight turning circle. Another highlight of the new Mercedes B Class specifications includes the presence of electric steering system, which is communed with ESP, which in turn lessens torque steer along with effects of road chambers and crosswinds.

The Mercedes MFA platform makes the new Mercedes B class car more flexible and will make this car more saleable. This new car will come equipped with the 1.6 litre turbocharged petrol engine, which will keep the capacity to churn out maximum power of 121 BHP. It is expected that this new Mercedes B Class will be officially showcased in the Auto Expo 2012 to be held in New Delhi and it will hit the Indian roads once all the feasibility tests are completed by the firm.

The car looks like tata indica and above all it looks very ordinary i20 beats the so called B mercedes. I shall anytime go for C , E and or S class.
