Mahindra to transfer its defence units

Leading SUV ans MUV manufacturer in India Mahindra Group is all set to transfer its two defence units to two different entities. According to Mahindra Group the company board has approved the transfer of two of its defence units, land service and navel system to two saperate entities.
Although before transferring these defence units the company has to take approval of its share holders. According to company this approval will be taken by the process of postal ballot. Mahindra defence system provides solution for defence vehicles and derivatives for armoured vehicles.
