Mercedes Benz Rolling Out 2012 M Class in May
The German luxury car maker, Mercedes Benz is all geared up for enhancing its portfolio in the car market of India with the launch of 2012 Mercedes Benz M Class. This newest version of M Class SUV is a brand new model whose looks can be summed up in one word – bland. The 2012 version of Mercedes Benz M Class has better space than the previous version, this is pretty evident from the change is the size of the car.
The wheel base of the 2012 M Class is more extended than its predecessor and looks like it has been borrowed from the GL Class which is the elder sibling of M Class SUV. A new addition to the 2012 Mercedes Benz M Class is the panoramic sunroof which is expected to fill the cabin with both light and life. Another addition that found its way in is the wrap-around windscreen at the rear end of the car which makes the car a complete head-tuner. On the inside, the car is speaks the luxury language which is typical of Mercedes cars.
The car interiors have been rendered a lot of wood which would imbibe an upmarket and top-notch feel to the car. The diesel variant of the car is expected to be launched first which is known as 350 CDI. Coupled with a seven speed 7G-Tronic gearbox, the diesel motor is capable of producing a power of 258 BHP and 63.2 kgm of pulling power. The car has been rendered four-wheel drive as a standard feature. The prices are expected to fall in the Rs. 65-70 lakh bracket.
