The National Consumer Commission has ordered to an authorised car dealer to pay back Rs 30,000 with the compensation amount of 10,000 provided by district forum as full settlement, who was found in guilty for selling the vehicle above the billing amount, it has become possible on the allegation of Kota-based Hyundai's dealer Kamal Auto Rajasthan, who advised Mr. Pavan Chand (survivor) to file a report against whole the misguiding in Rajasthan State Consumer Commission.

The commission's justice K S Gupta and R K Batta informed that the survivor was misguided about the ex-showroom price of the vehicle, he was told to pay 3.63 lakh inspite of 3.33 lakh whereas the bill was made mentioning the right price, and informed to take hard fast decisions against such unfair trade by any one.

In the year 2005 Mr. Chand purchased a Santro car from a Hyundai dealer who committed him to offer discount on a incompatible condition and took higher money than the real cost of vehicle by fooling him.
