New Porsche Cayenne Spied

We reported earlier that Porsche will display its sports-car, the 2014 Panamera with a Plugin Hybrid and Stretch-wheel base options at the Shanghai Auto Show this month. Now, Autoexpress has released the spy shots of Porsche Cayenne, caught during its test runs. The 2014 Cayenne has gone through a facelift and will be launched by next year end or by 2015. These spy pictures gives the idea about the changes and updates in the new car.

The Cayenne has received a more stylish LED lights both at the front and rear, as well as elegantly redesigned bumpers. It is also expected that the new 2014 Cayenne will also go greener, as company might strip the 4.8L V8 engine and power the new super-car with a twin-turbo 3.0L V6 that is capable of producing 420bhp.

Porsche Cayenne is already available in Hybrid version, and it is also speculated that the Porsche will introduce a new Cayenne S E-Hybrid plug-in, similar to the updated Panamera range. The new car will sprint from 0 to 100kmph per hour in mere six seconds and will offer a fuel efficiency of more than 80mpg.
