Pioneer unveils new India-focused product range

Indian arm of the leading in-car entertainment company, Pioneer, today unveiled its new range of country-focused products, that includes AV players (8 models), CD & USB players (9 models), speakers(7 models) and sub-woofers (6 models). The products have been priced in the range of INR 1,200 to INR 29,990.
According to a company statement, 'the new range has been designed after extensive India-focused research and offers a plethora of new and improved functions, as well as comes equipped with the an advanced TODOROKI EQ technology.'
Commenting on the occasion, Minoru Ogawa, Managing Director, Pioneer India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. said, “India has always been an important market for us. While most companies repackage their products for Indian consumers, Pioneer has made genuine efforts in studying the needs of Indian consumers and has then designed new models & features that cater to the requirements. Our India specific speakers TS-C600IN and the new preset equalization: TodorokiEQ, are few examples. A lot of research & resources were spent to develop these features.”
Pioneer has also introduced the new App Radio Mode USB feature and App Radio Live, which enables to view and control your smartphone's apps directly from the touch screen display. It offers basic telephonic functions, maps and accessing of various smartphone applications through the touch screen with just a USB cable. While the new speaker range is designed to survive in extreme Indian conditions, such as prolonged heat, moisture and dust.
