This week in the launches, Hyundai introduced Creta at Rs 8.59 lac (Ex-Showroom, Delhi), Mahindra launched Thar at Rs 8.03 lac (Ex-showroom Nasik), Isuzu launched automatic variant of its flagship SUV - MU-7 at Rs 23.90 lac (Ex-Showroom, New Delhi) and finally for the golden spoon ones, BMW India launched 2015 X6 at Rs 1.15 crore (ex-showroom India). In the upcoming car news, Maruti Suzuki will launch its first crossover S-Cross next month, on August 5th giving a tough competition to recently launched Hyundai Creta and others in the segment.

Hyundai Creta Launched at Rs. 8.59 Lac
Hyundai’s bet in the compact SUV segment, the Creta, has made its way to the Indian market today. Launched with a starting sticker price of Rs 8.59 lac (Ex-Showroom, Delhi), the Creta lock horns with Renault Duster, Ford EcoSport, Nissan Terrano and soon to be launched Maruti Suzuki S-Cross. Mahindra Thar CRDe Facelift Launched at Rs 8,03,000, Ex-Showroom Nasik (Gallery Inside)
The much-awaited facelift of the hardcore off-roader Mahindra Thar has been launched at a price tag of Rs. 8,03,000, Ex-showroom Nasik. This all new update has upped the Thar in terms of interiors, exteriors and off-roadability. Mahindra has notified that the new Thar is greatly improved over the last one and all the shortcoming have been removed. Though, the motor is the same 2.5 litre CRDe that produces 105 Bhp of power and 247 Nm of torque there are a plethora of new additions going into this one. Read More

2015 BMW X6 launched at Rs 1.15 crore, ex-showroom
BMW India has launched their 2015 X6 in the country at a whopping price of Rs 1.15 crore (ex-showroom India). The second generation coupe-styled crossover now joins the X range of SUVs - X1, X3 and X3 in India. Honda Accord to be launched in 2016; Honda Jazz launched in Chennai from Rs.5.40 lacs
Honda has announced that the new Accord will be launched in India in 2016. Speaking to the media, Mr. Jnaneswar Sen, Sr. Vice President, Marketing and Sales - Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) said at the launch of the new Honda Jazz in Chennai today. Despite of wearing extensive camouflage, the test mule shows the Q1 will not simply be a high-riding version of the internationally available A1. The front seems like a smaller interpretation of the Q7 with similar bumper design, and high shoulder line- typical of the latest Audis. Audi is yet again caught on camera with it’s convoy of newly bred cars slated to be launched in India, the 2015 Audi A4 and 2016 Audi Q7.
