Kia is expected to offer the facelifted Carens with the same three engine options as the current model which are as follows:

• A 1.5-litre petrol (115 PS/144 Nm) with a 6-speed manual, 

• A 1.5-litre turbo-petrol (160 PS/253 Nm) with either a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch automatic)

• A 1.5-litre diesel (116 PS/250 Nm) with a 6-speed manual, iMT gearbox or 6-speed automatic transmission.

What are the expected features of the new Kia Carens?

The 2025 Carens will continue to feature a single-pane sunroof. It currently gets a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, and is expected to get an upgrade. Other features include ventilated front seats and electric one-touch folding second-row seats.
