Mahindra has filed the name trademark for the all-electric version of the XUV700, which suggests it could be called the XEV 7e. The images of the production-spec version of the all-electric XUV700 have also surfaced on the internet.

Based on the leaked images, the XEV 7e will come with amenities like multi-zone AC, a premium sound system, powered and ventilated front seats with memory function, and a panoramic sunroof.
