At that time, buying a hybrid car was a bold decision in itself but with the growing awareness about electric and hybrid vehicles in the country, the outlook has changed. With Prius, you get a powerful combination of electric and petrol motor with the excellent mileage you won't dare to compare any car with it. There are other inexpensive alternatives in higher segments such as Honda Accord and Toyota Camry that anyone can buy. For me, it's just a wastage of money, nothing else.
