Honda WRV - Infotainment system stopped working in 4 days

I bought a Honda Vehicle - WRV on May 27, 2017 and in June 1st week around it started hanging . after switch off and on , it started but again same story. it stopped working completely . I checked this with Honda Service center and they told the system needs replacement . Honda vendor has provided faulty system in your car. I asked them what next ? They said , " we will intimate you when new system will arrive " As I am writing this , they again asked me to come to Honda service center for get this infotainment system again. How many times i need to get this check done. Completely pissed off with Honda vehicle. Wrote to them on Honda Social media pages , no one responds. Honda sucks big time. They are not clear what to do and increasing problem for people who buy honda vehicle. Second Issue with the vehicle is its mileage - in city, you will get only 10.5 kmpl. so don't expect more. I was looking for someone within Honda to respond on the issue. Warranty person also told me that he is looking to this matter but till now no resolution. I am not when they will get the new system and install. All the infotainment system details they have taken from me.
