Tata Tiago has very poor mileage and customer support is the worst as false commitment was made by the sales team.

Don't invest your money in Tata Tiago. Instead of this, you can go to any other car. This car is totally wastage of your hard earned money.

Showroom guys told Tata Tiago Petrol gives millage of 16 Kms in City and 20 Kms on Highway. But I am getting 10 Kms in City and 11 Kms on Highway that too after 1 servicing. Escalated the same to Servicing person he says after 10000 Kms only I will get that Millage. Pathetic Service.

I own TATA TIAGO XZ PETROL in 2016 and traveled about 58000 km. There is no engine compliant till now and the millage is between 14-18 km.its an excellent experience maintaining 120 km/hr on highway.there is great stability during high speed driving on highways.audio system is awesome. It's looking good...nice drive..but the engine is always a complaint. Within 5 months my car got complained more than 5 times. Always engine problem is there. Getting heated. It's not good for long drives. For short drives its ok.
