Chevrolet Optra magnum is very elegant, classy and dynamic sedan, it has unmatched spectacular design with superb beauty and grace. The diesel model of the car is available in the market in three different variants, Chevrolet Optra Magnum 2.0 LS, Chevrolet Optra Magnum 2.0 LT BS3 and Chevrolet Optra Magnum 2.0 LT. This diesel model of car is powered by a 2.0 L TCDi in line engine. This 1991cc engine has 4 cylinders with 4 valves per cylinder and SOHC valve configuration. The engine churns out a maximum power of 123.7bhp at the rate of 3800rpm and a peak torque of 305Nm at the rate of 2000rpm. With this engine power and torque we can readily accelerate the car from 0-100kmph in just 11.1 seconds and can reach a top speed of 189kmph. The engine of the car is mated with 5 speed manual gearbox that readily falls into hand. The engine provides a decent mileage of 12.3kmpl on the city roads and 15.8kmpl on the highway. The car has a fuel tank capacity of 60 liters so that we can travel an average distance of 840kms without refueling once full tank. The suspension system in the car includes McPherson Struts with Anti-roll bar in the front and the rear and gas filled shock absorbers.
