Renault Duster AWD All Road Functionality

Renault India is promoting the all-wheel drive version of its SUV model, Duster with short videos. In this flim, it has highlighted its all-road functionality aspects, which helps it to be an ideal off-roader. One of the most important aspect is its shift-on-fly system, a feature that changes its drive layout. It has three different modes like 2WD, Auto and 4WD lock. Thankfully, this system also helps the vehicle to deliver mileage of approximately 19 Kmpl, which is quite good. Its 2WD mode power the front wheels only, while in the Auto mode power is transmitted to front and rear wheels automatically if necessary. In the 4WD model all four wheels receives torque output continuously, which further enhances its driving experience. This short film also highlights the new independent multi-link suspension system, which is coupled to both the front and rear axles. We can also notice the improved approach and departure angles along with an impressive ground clearance of 210mm. Furthermore, its steering wheel can now support a minimum turning radius of just 5.2-meters, which is remarkable for an SUV. These aspects will certainly improve its off-road capabilities, which lets you enjoy every challenge. Powering this latest variant is the 1.5-litre dCi engine, which has the ability to churn out 108.5bhp in combination with a commanding torque output of 248Nm.
