Latest Update: BMW has launched the 2019 7 Series with prices starting at Rs 1.23 crores.
BMW 7 Series Variants and Prices: The flagship sedan from BMW is available in six variants: 730Ld DPE, 730Ld DPE Signature, 730Ld M Sport and the 740Li DPE Signature (mild-hybrid), 745Le xDrive and M760Li. Prices start from Rs 1.23 crore and go upto Rs 2.43 crore (ex-showroom pan-India).
BMW 7 Series Engines: The 730Ld is powered by a 3.0-litre 6-cylinder diesel engine that makes 265PS of power and 620Nm of peak torque. The 740Li, on the other hand, gets a 3.0-litre 6-cylinder petrol unit that is good for 250PS and 450Nm. Its 745Le plug-in hybrid variant delivers a combined output of 384PS and 600Nm of torque. But those looking for pure unadulterated power have the choice of a 6.6-litre V12 that produces 609PS and 850Nm. All the engines are mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox.
BMW 7 Series Features: Like any other flagship luxury sedan, the 7 Series is loaded with technology. It gets features like air suspension, a four-zone climate control, BMW Laser Light headlamps and a rear-seat entertainment system, among others.
BMW 7 Series Rivals: The 7 Series takes on the likes of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and the upcoming Audi A8.
