Never saw such a horrible car. There is no comfort, issues with the screen, and the clutch plate broke within 6 months of usage.

Very bad in after-sales service. Especially Modi ford Secunderabad & Karimnagar. Nobody is solving my vehicle problems.

Disappointed with this car a very bad fuel economy and the ac is not working properly and the cabin is very noisy. I recommend everyone not to buy this car, just go for some other car.

Very bad service experience. Your car performance would be poor after every service. I think Ford only the name today.

Not up to the benchmark, driving comfort poor, featureless car, no parking sensor, navigation is inbuilt but just for consolation, not of much use, not for offroading, dust enters in the car and built quality seems compromised, insulation poor and headlight is not suitable for highway driving.

Waste car there is no thigh support, boot space also less. I take test drive also in Jsp Ford showroom, very waste cars. After Taking test Drive of i20 Asta Diesel model I booked i20. Guys don't waste money in Ford freestyle price is 10 lakhs titanium plus diesel model very much higher, freestyle deserves only 6-7 lakhs price only.

A lot of manufacturing defects in this car. Dust coming inside the car and low rpm black smoke, headlight problem, suspension very stiff, interior plastic quality very cheap and so many problems there.

Two-star for the looks only. The car makes less sound is a good thing. Sitting in the car, we hardly hear the engine sound. Rest is all discomfort in this car. No one mentioned the points of discomfort. I have bought petrol titanium recently 1) The car is giving pathetic 12.5 mileage in the city before first service. The price is increasing ...mileage is poor.. better to switch to Tata.

I own a Titanium plus petrol and its been a sheer disappointment with mileage @10 km. When spoke with the dealer they are just washing off their hands.

It's west of money, I buy this before a month and still, it was in service center due to bad small (petrol), I frustrate now buying 22 days and 9 days without us 4 times go to the service department, and us 7000 petrol for trailer only by the service department. I suggest not go for this, still not receive this.

I had planned to buy Freestyle Titanium but I don't know what happened to Ford they are increasing car prize at a regular interval, earlier Titanium costs 6.40 lakhs then increased to 6.85 again increased to 6,99,400 on road Delhi is 8,03,050.  Now the car is not value for money and its out of my budget...canceled for the plan.

Cluth is Hard and useless and difficult for Traffic Driving. Every brand Cluth is softer than only Ford. don't go for it. Safety features will attract to buy it but no use. As per Ford team mileage of Ford Freestyle is 18 km/l, and in the market will be 14 -15 km but it's an absolutely false statement, it's actual mileage is 11-12 km per litre when you sell your products please update properly.

Don't buy any Ford car, parts not available in the market and the worst things are that there is no any counter sale, yesterday I faced engine mounting break down when I reached the showroom in Orissa, the parts available but they were denying to me for counter sale. It's better to buy Maruti or other car.
