    ELANTRA Sleek elegant premium sedan
I own Marina Blue Elantra AT SX(O) BSIV petrol from the house of Hyundai since Nov 2017. Its little more than a year now and drove over 25k km. This is my 5th car after WagonR, Swift, Brio, and Scorpio. This machine does its best when you take it to the highways. My longest drive was from Hyderabad to J&K, it as a 14 days trip through all sorts of terrain like express highways to NH to state Highways to kaccha road to no roads (literally). This machine never disappointed me with its AT with very minimal lag in normal and sports mode. Its front ventilated seats were handy especially during afternoon drives and back seat gave the comfort of the couch. Its 1999cc engine was handy in the Ex highways and NHs. It has a good presence and gave a good road view from the driver's seat. Due to seat height adjustment and gave me almost 17km/L in highway and 13km/L on ghat roads. I never faced ground clearance issue even with big boulders on the road between Jammu and Srinagar (regulars will know the terrain). The cars belly is also protected with strong armor-like plates over critical parts. You need to be careful in such roads and need to drive responsibly, definitely, it doesn't have SUV like clearance but good enough on most of the terrains. We were 4 adults carrying full pack boot still the pickup was never an issue, most of the time i drove in the normal mode, i mean not in eco mode or sports, still, i got good mileage. I could not drive from Srinagar to Leh which was my dream, due to sudden snowfall and road got closed, so we had to return from Srinagar. The map i got it updated before starting so was accurate in all major cities en-route and NH's. I also used auto android whenever i got confused due to newly laid roads. I had communicated to my service center person that i am going on a long trip so might call at odd hours, so he must pick the call, but luckily i never had to call him even once. The tires are so good that never got punctured also i maintained right air pressure. I must tell you one thing that this is a car of European standards with very good built quality. The high cost is only due to the fact that this car is completely imported including tires. Due to the backing of Hyundai service and parts, its worth buying this premium sedan. Overall a great car to own.

    My second Hyundai Car
I have been using Hyundai Elantra for the last 18 months. It is a value for money proposition. Compared to the features of other high-end cars, Elantra will not shy away. After reading the car manual I realized that if you avoid sudden acceleration you can get 10.5 mileage in the worst city drive. I am from Bangalore and I drive in Bangalore traffic condition. Overall it's a good car.

    Hyundai Elantra 1.6AT Diesel review
One of the best in all (interior, exterior, cc, mileage and features), but one of the biggest mistake done by Hyundai is that the same facelift given to Verna new models even there is 10 lakhs INR difference between 2 vehicles That's the reason without any second thought now I am selling my Elantra and never buy any Hyundai products anymore.

Hyundai Elantra- A machine with inexplicable power
When I and my friend found out that the new Hyundai Elantra was coming soon I could see the lust for comfort and luxury in his eyes so when we reached to a showroom to look at new futuristic model of Hyundai Elantra Really what an Appreciable thing with 2 Liter petrol engine from Hyundai. Its not a sports car but the engine sound are not too bad at all which makes Indian buyer to go towards it and Im much more impressed to back seat because it has more knee room and got enough headroom. The space in car might feel a little less to you because of coupe sloping roof-line at the back,b ut thats really not the case not the best in class in term of space, But that's not really no reason to complain. however what is the reason to complain, is the Thigh support here at The rear seat is not really good. And then of course there is the armrest with cupholders. there is nice little handy feature here there is a space which has Direct access to the boot.btw diesel get all the goodness of petrol car That is to say, you get the electric roof, you also get 10 way adjustable electric driver seats, you have front two seats which are ventilated, The steering is adjustable for rake and reach, you get all the driving modes Now both the engines-the petrol and the diesel are mated to 6-speed Automatic gearboxes,t here is also a manual gearbox And the Torque converter gearbox in the petrol was really good really fantastic no complain there the drive ability in the diesel car feels a little better here because the low and the torque that is available and for the fact that the torque converter amplifies the feeding of torque. now,y es the brakes do a good job of getting the car stopped in time but they do feel spongy. Petrol Elantra was doing 500 kms to the tank of 50 liter and while diesel Elantra was Doing 700 kms to the tank of 50 liter so it means that Petrol Elantra gets a mileage of approximately - 12kmpl Diesel variant gets a mileage of approximately - 15kmpl now that brings to the suspension, steering and chassis bits. steering has been made or has put into this, with number one priority-easy Driving experience for the user. And that seems to do quite well. yes, its lacks feel, it lacks feedback, now I suspect, and here I'm not so sure and yet I'm sure that the chassis is the same Although hugely worked upon because the wheelbase is the same even though the car has gone longer or wider. since the chassis has been so worked upon, this car handles a whole lot better than the old Hyundai Elantra. but that still doesn't mean you behave live racer-boy going hot into a corner. that's not really what is the car is meant for. At the last when I and my friend went towards our home we have one clear thought. "This is a good looking car"

    Spacious and powerful
I purchased a Hyundai Santro(DX)in1999 and exchanged it for an Elantra CRDi in 2004.Stuck to the Hyundai family basically because it was a very good alternative to Maruthi esteem and other models which I have been owning from 1990 onwards in terms of the after sales service/car built ,finish etc. While buying the Elantra I did look at Skoda Octavia as well but found Elantra to be a better choice in terms of price/familiarity with the Dealer and of course the space it offered in the rear as compared to the Octavia. Elantra was the right choice in that segment since it offered Value for money and also it gave a trouble free performance till I owned it. Pickup especially while driving on the highways and steep climbs were quite comfortable without any strain on the engine. Climate controlled Air-conditioning was quite effective in keeping the interiors of the car at a comfortable level in high temperature/humidity areas like T.Nadu and Kerala. Mileage was another positive factor which prompted me to go for the model. Ride quality was excellent and there was minimum fatigue factor after a long journey. The car had very good stability even at high speed . Interiors were also top class with leather seats, chrome handles, and wooden interiors which gave it a plush look. Audio system from Hyundai's own stable was very effective with speakers /Tweeters and Woofers aesthetically placed in the interiors of the car. Annual maintenance cost and cost and availability of spares were also a positive factor during the ownership of the car. In spite of being a diesel car, noise level once you are inside the car was at a very comfortable level. Overall I was very happy owning the car and decided to part with it only because after 7 long years boredom was setting in and unfortunately there was no other model in that segment which Hyundai could offer during that period since the fluidic series came only in the later part of 2012. and I could not wait till then and settled for a Skoda laura TDi(AT) . Having driven this car for 5 years, I am again in the market and would like to consider the new Elantra petrol AT after a test drive. I sincerely hope that the new Elantra not only matches upto the earlier model offered from the Hyundai stable but beats it with the better ride quality/ engine and affordable maintenance cost.
