All New Innova Showcased In a New Toyota Video
Update: After the success of the popular MPV Innova, Toyota has unveiled the next-gen Innova dubbed as Innova Crysta. The vehicle has already been launched in Indonesia and will come as a refreshing change in the Indian market after the decade long run of the original one. The new gen Innova Crysta comes with a lot of cosmetic changes including a large hexagonal front grille, projector head-lights with LED running lamps and more premium interiors inside. A lot of the auto space nowadays is occupied with the 2016 Toyota Innova. From the leaked brochure to the reveal of the official video, the excitement for this MPV is on an all time high. Toyota is also keeping its customers intrigued by giving glimpses of the 2016 Innova Crysta in various videos. The latest video by Toyota Indonesia features 2016 Innova along with other cars to showcase the brand's passion in designing and innovation. Also, this is the first time the MPV is being showcased running as all previous glimpses had shown the stationary car.
The upcoming Innova receives a lot of gizmos like a touchscreen infotainment system with better screen resolution, new steering wheel, a newly crafted dashboard, ambient lighting, captain seats, a host of smart storage spaces and cupholders. Also, on the outside, the car gets an all new look with an angular front end with strong body lines highlighting the double barrel projector headlamps with LED DRLs, a wide horizontal chrome bars on the grille, prominent wheels arches with a more contemporary rear end and new alloys.

Mechanically, the diesel engine has been upgraded to a newer and more efficient 2.4-litre turbocharged direct injection mill which is capable of producing 149 bhp of power and 342 Nm of torque. Also, globally, this next-gen Innova will feature a 2.0-litre VVT-i petrol motor along with the diesel.
