BMW India has launched the new 7 Series Signature at the Bridal Fashion Week 2014. This new 7 Series Signature was presented by a leading Indian fashion designer Suneet Verma. The 7 Series Signature will be made available only in the 3.0-litre straight-six diesel engine option and it will come with a price tag of Rs 12,200,000. This is ex-showroom pricing, and we won’t see any petrol variants on the 7 Series Signature.
Now, what differentiates a conventional 7 Series from the 7 Series Signature? To begin with, it has a range of special features such as the Bang and Olufsen high-end Surround Sound system, Integral Active steering, extended wood trim, exclusive Nappa leather upholstery, BMW Individual rear reading lights and a chilled box to cool your champagne.
The new 7 Series Signature doesn’t get any cosmetic upgrades on it that will make it look any thing different. Generally, that is what people in India prefer, the badge. The BMW 7 Series still retains the same features like the regular model. The new BMW 7 Series Signature is available at BMW dealerships across India. The BMW 730Ld is locally produced at the BMW Plant Chennai in diesel variant. The BMW 7 Series Signature embodies extraordinary elegance and automotive luxury at a particularly high level and allows you to realise these standards in the car you drive.
Mr. Philipp von Sahr, President, BMW Group India on this launch stated, “Each BMW 7 Series Signature is like a piece of hand-writing - an assertion of personal style. It makes a compellingly individual statement and its unique character is seen in every detail from the wealth of equipment, luxurious materials and sophisticated colours. The new BMW 7 Series Signature is undoubtedly the most exclusive way to drive a BMW.”
