CarDekho Organized Dil Ne Fir Yaad Kiya, a Musical Eveving at Ravindra Manch, Jaipur

CarDekho.com, India's largest online car portal organized a musical night, Dil Ne Phir Yaad Kiya towards paying a tribute to the legendary singer Late Mohd. Rafi Sahab on the showery evening of 5th of August, at Ravindra Manch, Jaipur. The program was organized in accordance with Darshak Sanstha, courtesy GirnarSoft, a speedily growing IT service provider based out of Jaipur.

People who graced the occasion this night were dignitaries like Shri Dharam Singh Jain (Chairman Girnarsoft), who with his humble entrance, graced the audience by throwing a welcome speech. Then, after offering garland to the portrait of Mohd. Rafi Sahab, the program formally started.

The all time favorite song, Khoya khoya chand kick started the musical event followed by a duet Deewana hua badal. Next to appear on stage was Mr. Rajeev Bhatt, who introduced the audience with how enchanting are Mohd. Rafi's songs till date by singing of a number of hits of Mohd. Rahi. Mr. Bhatt also mentioned the humble association of GirnarSoft with Darshak Sanstha.

The coordinator of the program, Mr. Rajendra Parnami, who by singing one of the famous songs by Mohd. Rafi – Ek hasin shaam ko, dil mera kho gaya, acclaimed a huge round of applause for his melodious performance. The musical evening was also honored by Ms. Promila Bhatt's presence, who graced the stage and left the audience spell-bound by the rendition of the song Ye raat ye fizayein. The duet song that followed was Aap yun hi agar hamse milte rahe toh ek din hame pyar ho jayega, which set the course for further hit songs of Mohd. Rafi Sahab including Akele hain chale aao, jahan ho, Isharo isharo me dil dene wale, etc. What audience appreciated the most was Mr. Gaurav bhatt's Din dhal jaye haye, raat na jaye. The hit song Jane walo zara sung superbly by a really melodious but unfortunately a blind singer from the audience, eventually encouraged honorable Mr. Dharam Singh Jain to reward the singer with Rs.1101 as a cash encouragement.

The audience continued to get mesmerized further by singers with songs like Aaj kal tere mere pyar ke charche har zabaan par, Yaado ki baarat nikli hai aj dil ke dware, etc. The musical tribute was concluded by the famous song, Jan-e-bahar husn tera bemishal hai. All the singers including Rajeev Bhatt, Rajendra parnami, Gaurav bhatt, Rakesh Sharma, Devavrat BHatt, Devashish Bhattacharya, Puneet Gupta, Shashi Parnami, Shikha Bhatt, Geetika Bhatt, Aruna shrivastava, Priya gonawat, Jugal kishore and the last, but not the least Vivek sharma, contributed to the Musical Gala Night and made it worth remembering. The association of Girnarsoft and Darshak Sanstha was very much appreciated and applauded by everyone present at Ravindra Manch. At the end, the musical evening was concluded with a warm welcome to the upcoming event "Hum Geet Watan Ke Gayenge", to be held on 13th of August, 2012 at Birla Auditorium, Jaipur.
