Ford Announces Anytime & Extended Warranty Packages Up To 1.5 Lakh Km For Figo, Freestyle, Aspire, EcoSport & Endeavour

One year/20,000km warranty can also be availed for cars with a lapsed warranty but there’s a catch

Ford India has announced an extended warranty program for its entire product lineup. The extended warranty will cover any electrical or mechanical failures that crop up under regular usage. The warranty periods can be extended by one, two or even three years. The maximum extended warranty you can avail goes on to 6 years/1.50 lakh km now. As standard, all Ford cars are covered by a 2 year/1 lakh km warranty. 

Here’s a look at the model-wise price range of extended warranty on the Figo, Freestyle, Aspire, EcoSport and Endeavour. 

• The extended warranty is by default bundled with Ford’s RSA (roadside assistance service). The service is transferable in case you sell the car. 

• It does not cover any regular wear and tear and accidental damages that you may incur during the course of your ownership. 

• Anytime Warranty which can be bought even after the factory or extended warranty has lapsed. This warranty provides coverage for 1 year/20,000km period.

• Vehicles eligible for this service should be no older than 72 months or 6 years with an odometer reading of less than 1.20 lakh km. Here’s a look at the prices of this service below.
