Hyundai India will offer the Creta N Line in two broad variants and will launch it on March 11
Update (11/03/24): The Hyundai Creta N Line has been launched, starting from Rs 16.82 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom pan India).
The Hyundai Creta N Line for India is about to be launched soon. We already have multiple details regarding the sportier Creta including its variants, powertrains and features. One missing piece of the puzzle that will be out on March 11 is the variant-wise prices of the SUV. Ahead of its official price announcement, we have used the information at hand to bring you the expected variant-wise prices of the Creta N Line:
Variant |
Expected Price (ex-showroom) |
N8 MT |
Rs 18.50 lakh |
N8 DCT |
Rs 20 lakh |
N10 MT |
Rs 20 lakh |
N10 DCT |
Rs 21 lakh |
Disclaimer: These prices are our estimates. Official prices will be revealed by Hyundai on March 11.
Design Changes
The Hyundai Creta N Line gets a redesigned grille, tweaked bumpers, multiple ‘N Line’ badges, red highlights, a dual-tip exhaust, and bigger 18-inch alloy wheels with red brake callipers. On the inside, the carmaker will provide it with an all-black theme that will be complemented by red highlights on the dashboard and contrast red stitching for the upholstery. The Creta N Line will also come with the N Line-specific steering wheel.
Creta N Line Performance
Hyundai will provide the Creta N Line with the same 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine (160 PS/ 253 Nm) as the standard Creta. However, it will also be available with the option of a 6-speed manual gearbox in addition to the 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch automatic transmission). The regular Creta’s turbo-petrol variant only gets the latter and so the Creta N Line is likely to make this powertrain more affordable with the manual option.
The Creta N Line is believed to get minor mechanical tweaks to the suspension and steering to make it more dynamic than the standard model. It is also expected to get a new dual-tip exhaust setup.

Expected Features And Safety Tech
It will get the standard Creta’s dual 10.25-inch displays (one for instrumentation and the other for infotainment), ventilated front seats, panoramic sunroof, and dual-zone AC.
Expect the Creta N Line’s safety net to include six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), hill assist, and electronic parking brake with auto-hold. Hyundai will also offer the Creta N Line with some advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) tech.
Rivals And Their Prices
Hyundai Creta N Line (Expected) |
Kia Seltos GTX Plus Variants |
Kia Seltos X-Line Variants |
Rs 18.50 lakh to Rs 21 lakh |
Rs 19.40 lakh to Rs 20 lakh |
Rs 19.60 lakh to Rs 20.30 lakh |
Being the sportier alternative of the Creta, the Creta N Line is based on the higher-spec variants of the regular SUV. Even with the price premium that it is likely to command for all the N Line-specific treatment, the Creta N Line is expected to undercut the top-end variants of the Kia Seltos.
