Hyundai maintains steady growth
Hyundai, second largest car manufacturer of India flaunted a 12% growth in domestic sales and with that it successfully registered a steady growth this year. Hyundai is largest car exporter and always comes up with stand out designs and latest technology in all its creations.
The company has maintained good roots in Indian auto market and that is the reason it holds a tag of India's second largest car manufacturer. The November 2010 sales of HMIL amounted to 44,542 units which is a 12 % decline against 55,241 units in November, 2009. However, the domestic sales this month showed a figure of 31,540 units as a good sign against 28,162 units in November, 2009.
Hyundai registered a dip in exports of 52 % wherein the company managed the export of only 13,002 units in November, 2010 as against 28,162 in Nov, 2009 . The company has adjusted the usual shutdown period for maintenance work looking at the increasing demand in market.
On revealing the sales figure of November 2010, Arvind Saxena, Director of Marketing and Sales in HMIL commented that the company was able to record steady growth this month. He also said that the major reason behind the big success is the festival season celebrated in this month.
HMIL has shown good progress segment wise and in sales as well. Hyundai Santro i10 and Hyundai Santro i20 registered a stunning sale of 40,347 units. Hyundai Accent and Hyundai Verna November sales reached 4,142 units. 14 units of Hyundai Sonata Transform and 39 units of Hyundai Santa Fe are also sold by the company. So we see that major sales are shown by famous Hyundai Santro i10 and Hyundai Santr i20.
HMIL has done good work this year and things are clear from the November sales and steady growth registered by the company. South Korean giant has managed to keep its title of Indian second largest automobile manufacturer intact. At present, the company possesses 7 successful models in passenger car segment and is doing a real good job in Indian auto market. The most famous output of HMIL is Hyundai Santro which has survived the toughest of competition over years.
