Land Rover Launched the Exclusive Freelander 2 Sterling Edition at Rs 44.41 Lakh

Land Rover celebrating its 5 years in India introduced an exclusive Freelander 2 Sterling Edition at Rs 44.41 lakh (Ex-showroom Mumbai, Pre Octroi). The New Freelander 2 Sterling edition comes equipped with range of sporty exterior upgrades such as 17-inch five-split spoke alloy wheels with anthracite finish. The SUV also features front & rear apron and black finish single tail pipe.

The Freelander 2 Sterling Edition also embraces sporty exterior such as dark atlas grille, dark atlas fender and side vents, tailgate spoiler, lower door claddings. Powered by a 2.2 litre diesel engine, the premium SUV churns out 150 Hp and offers a slew of exterior upgrades that enhance its unique visual appeal.

Furthermore, the automaker recently revealed the new Discovery Sport, a premium compact SUV which will replace the Freelander 2. The new entrant SUV Discovery Sport provides seven-passenger seating in a "5+2" configuration. The SUV is powered by turbocharged 2.0-litre petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engine options with nine-speed automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive. 

To promote the brand and Discovery Sport, the automaker has signed Bear Grylls, the well-known adventurer as their global ambassador. Bear will support Land Rover’s activity at a global level and will be playing an important part in the global launch of the New Discovery Sport on September 2nd.
