Maruti India opens up highest altitude workshop

Maruti India is already amplifying its car sales along with its service network in India and it has also branched out on the dangerous and adventurous terrain now. Maruti India has opened up a brand new Maruti workshop at Kaza, which is situated in Lahaul and Spiti (Himachal Pradesh). The workshop of Maruti is located at the altitude of around 3,740 metres. This workshop is positioned just besides the IOC petrol pump, which has the title of being highest placed gas station in the entire world. This petrol pump is almost on the altitude of 3,505 metres.
As per the executive officer of Maruti India, Mr. Pankaj Narula, it is a very tough challenge to open up and then operate the service station in such extreme conditions. But, this Maruti workshop will assist the car manufacturer to boost up car sales in Himachal Pradesh region. It is known a fact that life at this high altitude is pretty dangerous and in this condition operating a car workshop will be a very tough job. The prices of the spare parts will be comparable to other areas in the country despite the logistic prices are pretty higher.
The Maruti Workshop at Kaza, Himachal Pradesh, will cover the nearby regions, which will include Kibber, Losar, Rangnik and Hanse, and will provide around 700 automobiles for service.
According to the managing executive officer of marketing and sales of Maruti India, Mr. Mayank Pareek, Maruti India gives a great deal of importance to its consumers , when it comes to the service of the car that are sold by the firm. Currently, Maruti has around 2992 workshops across India in 1406 cities.With superb services, Maruti India has offered the consumers with superior and affordable car models, which include Maruti Alto, Maruti Wagon R, Maruti Swift, Maruti Dzire , Maruti Ritz, Maruti Zen Estilo, Maruti SX4 and Maruti 800.
