Maruti Swift bagged the Frost & Sullivan 2010 Aspirational Car of the Year Award in Segment B. This prestigious award was received by Mr. Shashank Srivastava, Chief General Manager Marketing, Maruti Suzuki India Limited. This award is given to a manufacturer based on a structured research process. The performance of the products by end users of this manufacturer is also evaluated for this award. The Voice of Customer survey considers an OEM which has introduced the best models all over different segments of passenger vehicles, content aspiring needs and been rated high for its achievement in Excellence in Technology and Innovation.

In addition to this methodology, a specific criteria is also taken into consideration for determining the ultimate ranking of the competitors of the auto industry.
