The power output of 108 PS does not seem good to listen but a torque of 260 Nm looks good, which will help the car do well in terms of riding codition.  This Renault Nissan developed engine emits 98g/km of CO2 which is the lowest in the range of all the Mercedes Benz selling these days. In the other options, Mercedes has got its own tried and tested 1.8-litre mill, which churns out the power of 134PS and a torque of 300 Nm and the range topping 2.1 litre A220 CDI which supplies 168 PS power and 350 Nm of torque.

The A250 is meant for those people who are looking forward for some serious performance on road. This variant has a 2 litre turbo- charged engine which churns out 210 PS of power and a torque of 350 Nm.
