Mercedes SL350 and Mercedes GL500 to launch tomorrow

At the ecstatic moment of celebrating the 125th anniversary, Mercedes-Benz India will launch two of its world-famous models- Mercedes-Benz SL-Class SL 350 and Mercedes-Benz GL 500 .Mercedes will launch these two models at an event in Delhi on 3rd May, 2011. Mr. Peter T Honegg, MD and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India will reveal the car to the media during tomorrow.

The German company is looking for the warmth response for the two of these models in India on the basis of demand for Mercedes GL 350 already which was recently launched.. Talking at the detailed specifications of both of these cars and their unique features what make them extraordinary from other cars in this range, Mercedes Benz SL 350 is the most loved sports car powered with a 245bhp V6 engine and the Mercedes Benz GL 500 SUV equipped with a powerful engine capable of delivering a great performance.

The classy model of Mercedes SL350 is a perfect combination of sports and style which can take on 95kmph in just about seven seconds but just like all SL models,the upper speed has been constrained to 250mph. The SUV Mercedes-Benz SL-Class GL 500 is 250mm longer than other SUVs and has a wheelbase 160mm larger than the M-Class. It is affixed with 5.5-litre V8, which delivers top-notch performance in consonance with the most elegant looks and catches up 0-95kmph with added 7G-Tronic seven-speed gearbox.
