Nissan unveils e-NV200

The Japanese auto maker, Nissan revealed the electric variant of its very popular MPV, NV200 in Japan. The car does not hold attractive looks, e-NV200 has protruded round circular nose and box like frame. The merit of such body frame is that one gets the peak range of space in interiors and it has been a very crucial factor before consumer goes at front end to buy the car. The e-NV200 was first showcased at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show , USA .Nissan has made serious announcements of making the e-NV200 a mass production vehicle.

The MPV is equipped with a 80 KW of electric motor that has the capacity to pump 207lb-feet torque. The car possesses two rows of foldable seats which increases the passenger sitting space in the vehicle. E-NV200 also dons a newly designed dashboard. Nissan has named the displays as C-cluster display. The battery range of e-NV200 is between 47 to maximum of 105 miles and has lithium ion battery of 24 kWh for supplying charge to its electric motor. The Nissan views the MPV for both commercial as well as for consumer usage in big cities.
