Porsche eyes on double digit growth in Asia

Porsche, the Germany based leading sports car maker, is looking to register a double digit growth in Asia in year 2010, reported a magazine. It further reported that company's recovery in North American market will take longer time as sales went down to very low levels at the time of recession in year 2008.
Mr Klaus Berning, Porsche's marketing head, told to a trade magazine,Automobilwoche in an interview on Monday , In Asia I certainly see potential for slight double-digit growth. Mr Berning also added that company is expecting good sales in European market, while it will take a longer time to recover in the North American market.
In an official statement the company has announced that it is expecting to maintain its operating margins in double digits in the the fiscal year, ending in July. Porsche Panamera, Porsche Cayman, Porsche Cayenne and Porsche Boxster are the popular models under company's India Portfolio. Besides this the Porsche 911 model is recently added in Porsche line-up in the country.
