Renault Fluence Z.E. reaches London through Greenmatocars and Climatecars

The first Fluence Z.E. saloons from the stables of the France based car maker Renault have been released in London one month before its scheduled showroom launch in UK. The Renault Fluence Z.E. car has reached Climatecars and Greenmatocars which are London’s largest eco-friendly car services. Both the car services have received the 5-seater Fluence Z.E. saloons in metallic silver color. This Renault Fluence green car is the first 100 percent electric private car for the city of London and can range up to 115 miles with a single charge. The French marque, Renault has styled four strong Z.E. electric vehicles and this Fluence Z.E. is the second in this series to reach the market. The final model, ZOE will be hitting the showrooms in Britain in the autumn of 2012.

All the four electric vehicles will be based in Central London and both the Climatecars and Greenmatocras would be charging via the Source London network or their in-house charging points so that their electricity usuage and costs be minimal. According to the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Greenmatocars, Mr. Jonny Goldstone the company is delighted to have received the delivery of their first fully electric vehicle and the company has also received bookings from corporate customers for their Zero Emission shuttle service for the 40 percent of Greenmatocars electric vehicle capacity. He added that the company has all intensions of assign more and more Zero Emission vehicles this year to their 250 vehicles strong fleet.

The Managing Director and founder of Climatecars, Mr. Nicko Williamson referred to the addition of Renault Fluence Z.E. as a fully electric vehicle to the company’s fleet as a crucial step toward the Climatecars’ target of emerging as the biggest Zero Emission car service of the world. Mr. Williamson also stated that the company is also elated with its partnership with the French marque Renault and wishes to offer a 100 percent electric car service to its customers. The company’s electric vehicle fleet will be priced at the same level as Climatecars normal hybrid fleet and will be operative in the Central London.
