Don't be surprised if, during your visit to Mumbai Airport, you witness the rear of a Tata Altroz sticking out of the wall with a luggage conveyor belt going through its open boot. This unique marketing showcase from Tata is meant to highlight the boot space of the Altroz iCNG thanks to the brand’s new twin-cylinder setup for a luggage capacity of 210 litres.

Tata Altroz CNG Twin Cylinder Tech

Usually, a hatchback with a CNG kit has a large cylinder in the boot that takes up most of the practical luggage space. However, Tata has introduced its twin-cylinder technology where it places the two smaller CNG tanks under the boot floor, without compromising the overall practicality of the Altroz hatchback. It’s the only one in its segment to offer this convenience.

Is it feature rich?

The Altroz iCNG comes with features such as a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with connected car tech and a 7-inch semi-digital instrument cluster. It also gets ambient lighting, cruise control, and a voice-assisted single pane sunroof.

The safety features on offer include dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors with camera, cornering stability control and ISOFIX child-seat anchors.
