The Citroen C3 Has Just Got Its First Price Hike

The top-spec 1.2-litre turbo petrol variant has received the lowest price hike

• Introductory prices come to an end with this hike. 

• All 1.2-litre petrol variants have got the same price bump.

• The C3 is now priced between Rs 5.88 lakh and 8.15 lakh (ex-showroom).

Citroen has bumped the prices of the C3 hatchback for the first time since its launch in September 2021. It was previously priced between Rs 5.71 lakh and Rs 8.06 lakh (ex-showroom). Let’s have a look at the variant-wise new prices:

• As seen in the table above, all the 1.2-litre petrol variants received the same price hike of Rs 17,000.

• The 1.2-litre petrol turbo trim gets a hike of Rs 9,000.

The Citroen C3 is available in two broad trims – Live and Feel – and gets two engine options: a 1.2-litre petrol unit making 82PS and 115Nm and a 1.2-litre turbo petrol producing 110PS and 190Nm. The former engine is paired with a five-speed manual and the latter with a six-speed manual transmission. The hatchback sports a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument cluster, four speakers and a height-adjustable driver seat.

This hike marks the end of the introductory prices and the C3’s prices now range from Rs 5.88 lakh to Rs 8.15 lakh (ex-showroom), 

It continues to be an alternative to the likes of Maruti Wagon R, Tata Tiago, Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger.
