Toyota and Honda to come back on track soon!

Shaken heavily by the unprecedented and repeated earthquake and then the Tsunami, Japanese automobile industry is now trying hard to come on track. As per recent developments, the Japanese automobile giants like Toyota Motors, Nissan and Honda which had to cut production due to spare parts shortage are now expected to reach normal production levels earlier than expected. As per reports, the production process in the Japanese automobile companies like Toyota Motor Corporation and Honda Motor Company is getting back on track with high speed than it was initially anticipated after Japan auto industry faced colossal damage in their supply chains after the 11th march earthquake and Tsunami.

It is worth mentioning that earlier due to shortage of spare parts various companies based in Japan halted or rescheduled the release of their new cars all across the world. As per current situation, cars manufacturing companies in Japan are still vigilant about getting things back to normal. As per car industry analysts production level in April stayed down comparatively, but with things nearing normalization, production level from July or August would be far better. However, Toyota Motors which is currently on the verge of getting overthrown from the position of world's biggest automaker said that their global output has fallen by 47.8 percent in April in comparison with the figures of previous year i.e a downfall of 308,555 cars. Another Japanese car giant Honda said that the production output of its units has experienced a downfall of 52.9 percent while Nissan Motor Co is struck with a downfall of 22.4 percent.

But Toyota has reportedly told that the company intends to reach up to 70 percent of total normal production (in-house and global) in June while Nissan intends to recover completely in October. Meanwhile, Honda Motor Co. is expecting the back on track position by the end of 2011, but company said that it is the worst possible deadline and also commented that their North American assembly plants will gain full production capacity after August with Honda Civic compact car taking even more time.
