Volkswagen India Strengthens Support To Flood-affected Vehicle Owners In Northern India

As part of the service campaign, Volkswagen will be providing free roadside assistance to affected-vehicle owners till the end of August 2023

The last few weeks have seen Delhi, Rajasthan and some other northern states witness incessant rainfall leading to flooding or severe waterlogging in multiple areas. Volkswagen India has stepped up and has announced a service campaign to extend support to its affected-vehicle owners.

It will be providing free roadside assistance (RSA) to customers from Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Chandigarh till the end of August 2023. In addition to this, the carmaker is already offering standardised support towards repair estimation and parking facility at dealerships to customers.

Volkswagen will also be initiating a detailed and comprehensive service check of the vehicle to ensure flood-related damages are repaired in time. Affected-vehicle owners can reach out to the carmaker’s RSA team at 1800-102-1155 or 1800-419-1155 for quicker resolution. Volkswagen owners can also take advantage of the carmaker’s ongoing monsoon service camp which is in action until the end of July 2023 to ensure that their vehicles are in the pink of health.

Mumbai– Volkswagen Passenger Cars India has announced special service support for its customers affected by the flood situation in the northern region of the country. As a responsible corporate, the brand will provide service support by offering Complimentary Roadside Assistance to Customers from Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and UT Chandigarh at no additional cost till 31st August 2023. Along with 24X7 free Roadside Assistance [RSA], standardised support towards repair estimation and Parking at dealerships is already being offered to customers.
