Volkswagen is planning to bring Crossover version of Golf and Jetta Estate

Volkswagen has made plans to introduce a crossover version of Volkswagen Golf and Volkswagen Jetta estate models, which are the next- generation cars of the company. The cars new model will be similar to the recently launched Passat Alltrack. The model of the cars will be on sale in Europe named as the Golf Alltrack and in North America as the Volkswagen Jetta Alltrack. The car will be launched in 2015 but no fixed date has been proposed up till now. Volkswagen is a renowned name in the auto mobile sector of the world. The company is famous for manufacturing sedan class cars for luxury segment.

The engine specification and the comfort in the car is unmatchable to any other car in the same segment. Volkswagen Jetta Crossover is one of the most awaited cars. The car feature includes a raised ground clearance of the car with contrastingly styled bumpers and light graphics on the exterior. Additional wheel arch cladding and unique interior edgings which gives the car a stark look. The Golf Alltrack offers the choice of riding the car with standard front-wheel drive or 4-Motion four-wheel drive. The same steel body and mechanics has been used in the Golf estate and also in the crossover Alltrack models so that the cost incurred in the development of the cars with its engineering and production cost could be checked.

A new modular MQB platform has been used to built these cars. The target market of these cars will be North America. The second generation Tiguan which is due to be launched in 2014 is set to be more spacious for North American version, which will also offer a third row seat. The company is also planning to make the cars more spacious of the new product lines which are being offered in the crossover- style of cars.
