worst response from volkswagen india operations and chennai dealer. I booked Volkswagen Vento Diesel Highline from Abra Motors - Annanagar showroom on 1st October 2010, they gave me tentative delivery period of 2 - 3 months. till today no one has responded me regarding the delivery of my car. I complain thrice over customer care seeking the delivery date, but no response either from Factory or from Dealer. Imagine how they will trouble us when we go for service, while giving 10.56Lacs for buying a car, we are not getting any response, the after selling this car will the company respond for our queries? I don't think so. I am so much worried about this. Dear Readers, They are collecting booking advance of Rs. 75,000.00 from each owner, each dealer in Chennai got more than 1000 bookings, they are not delivering car minimum 3 months, = 1000x75000 = 75000000.00 will they pay interest for this duration of booking? each dealer is getting 75crores, and every month they are getting good amount of interest.
