Maruti Suzuki India has kickstarted its share of discounts for the year end sales. Maruti’s flagship model Wagon R is the one on the offer with an exuberant exchange benefit of Rs 41,000 and other gift cheques to spice up the deal. The discount offer is given some funky name of ‘Smartness Carnival’ where the consumers might even win a smartphone if the luck is on their side. But, the offer is only for a limited period of time, not for the entire month which is already up for grabs.

The offer is on from December 8th through 18th of this month and there is no better time than now to own a Wagon R. Built with ample interiors space, the hatchback has always been an ideal budget family car with a Maruti Wagon R price of Rs 3.35 lakhs for its base variant. Though not in the diesel variant which would have been an icing on the cake, the car is offered in CNG and LPG variants though. So the Rs 41,000 exchange benefit on the hatchback is pretty decent offer for a low cost hatchback. Despite the carmarket slowdown, the 12,069 unit sales during the last month speaks for itself, why the auto major might have chosen this particular model for the offer.
