Build quality is not up to the mark, also the suspension is very weak, comes with great mileage on petrol, never required the need of getting CNG fitted my car is just 11 months old and I have driven around 22000 km also the maintenance is economical. Drive comfort is modest though but not much comfortable in bumps and breakers.

Design and mileage is very good. Shape and smoothness drive is very good for me. The blue color is my favourite.

But it does not fulfil the Swift legacy it hasn't scored a good in NCAP car crash test its body structure doesn't prevent the passengers much from a crash better you go for Tata Nexon if you want an overall package.

Its overall looks, performance and comfort is excellent. Its the best car in that segment. According to me it's the best car to buy for middle class person for mileage, service cost etc. Swift 2020 is my 3rd swift, before 2 cars were also swift.
